unfortunately the flavor is completely off
really wanted to like it, especially considering it's cheaper than pre-sliced packaged ones, but the overall flavor is completely off for basterma. The meat is not as dry as basterma should be, and the spice rub is missing salt and fenugreek. Really disappointing.
