Works well
I enjoy this lotion. It has a nice scent and easy to apply from the jar. It rubs in well. I don’t really like how it feels after it’s absorbed. It doesn’t feel moisturizing, even on my hands. However I have noticed that I sleep better — or at least for a longer period of time before I wake up — since using it. This combined with some stretching before bed has improved my sleep quality. I will definitely purchase this lotion again.

Affordable and it works!!
It’s affordable and works better than the higher-priced brands offered online. Not crazy about the menthol scent, so I only use it at night, but it blocks the electric zaps I used to have. It doesn’t seem greasy and leaves my skin soft.

Better applied
Magnesium cream is helpful when you’re having, cramps or jumpy legs, it has helped with the pain in my hand also, the cream acts faster than tablets.

It improved my sleep scores!
I bought this on a whim, honestly mainly to hit my same day shipping goal and let me tell you this stuff works. I have a really hard time with sleeping and I am constantly looking for anything to give me a good nights sleep and I’ve had it for just over a week and have used it nightly and have had amazing sleep scores on my oura ring! Product Burns
I used a different magnesium lotion previously and wanted to get some for my kids. This one was half the price so I thought I would try it, but they cry every time I put it on and they say it burns. This happens on both their legs and their tummies. I wish we hadn’t opened them and I could return them. We will not buy this again.

Helps with leg cramps, no greasy feeling
