Kids love it!
Purchased this for kids at the library to get charms from. They get so excited when they have read their books and have earned a coin to put in the machine. Everything is working great. I would definitely purchase this again.

Not thrilled
My machine just arrived today and I was so excited! I opened it up to check it out and was immediately cut by the door where the balls come out. After the bleeding stopped, I filled the machine and realized itâs VERY hard to close! You have to line up the rod with the threads on the lock but you canât see it to line it up because itâs FULL! So far Iâm not thrilled with my purchase.

Well made prize vending machine for classroom or Doctor's Office
I bought two of these machines, 1 for my wife and 1 for my daughter, who are both teachers. I chose the SmileMaker machines because they used tokens rather than money. This allows complete control of who has access to the prizes. The machines are well designed and well made. The customer service can only be described as outstanding. We chose to buy outside capsules and prizes to meet the ages of the kids in the classroom. My wife keeps extra prizes in a bag, which the student can substitute should the prize from the machine be a poor match. It is an excellent incentive tool and motivator in her classroom.

How do I get the quarter to twist
Couldn't find a way to twist the quarter when gor the machine

Arrived broken
Item arrived broken- 3 panels of glass were cracked and the pole that screws into the base did not fit all the way down.
