Like having a posture coach—minus the nagging
After weeks hunched over my laptop, this little posture corrector changed everything. It doesn’t pull harshly or make you feel trapped—it just gently reminds you, “Hey, you’ve got a spine. Use it.”I’ve worn it under clothes, even on warmer days, and no one notices. It’s lightweight, breathable, and—crucially—adjustable. Unlike others I’ve tried, it doesn’t dig into your armpits. I found the sweet spot with the straps and then forgot I was even wearing it… until I realized I wasn’t ending my day with that upper-back ache. What surprised me most were the internal support rods (four, I think). They give real structure without making you feel like you’re wearing armor. You don’t need to wear it all day—just a couple of hours is enough to make a difference. What’s not perfect? The Velcro can loosen a bit over time with heavy use. And it’s definitely not for sleeping—it’s a posture reminder, not a body cast. One morning I caught my reflection and thought, “Wait… am I standing straight?” That little moment made it all worth it. It’s now part of my daily routine. I’d recommend it especially for anyone stuck at a desk or quietly suffering from neck and shoulder tension.

Sturdy but soft
I have bought many items that were supposed to solve the problems of posture and back pain. This strap has really helped me a lot. My back has constant support all day long. The adjustable strap really means that my armpits will never feel painful. I wear it at home and put on a T-shirt over it. It doesn't make me feel uncomfortable at all, and it helps my body regain good posture. The adjustable shoulder pads make a huge difference in avoiding armpit discomfort.

Doesn't work.
Update! After my initial review I have worn the brace a couple of more times. After having the brace on for hours and then taking it off, I could definitely feel the difference. It does work, it's just gentle and not like a whale bone corset keeping you upright lol. It's comfortable and even though it doesn't feel like you have it on and it's not doing anything just give it time. It does work it's just not rigid.Doesn't do squat. The back isn't hard enough to support your back to keep it straight. So you can still slouch. What a waste. The only thing it does do is hurt your arm pits if you tighten it. It feels durable and it's breathable but there's definitely no support.

Amazing
Have been wearing for about 4 weeks now and can tell a huge difference in my posture. I work in dentistry and my upper back has always hurt at the end of the day due to my posture/ergonomics. Since wearing this during my work day my upper back pain in sooooo much better and I'm not in pain at the end of the day. I also feel like my upper back hump is a little better. I will definitely purchase again.

Not worth it
This is no better than the 12-dollar simple reminder strap. It hardly moves my shoulders back. When I finally, with help, get it to move, the straps are so tight on my underarms they chafe. This, in my opinion, does nothing more than remind you to straighten up on your own.

It's Exactly What I Was Looking For!
I recently received this brace and I think I know why some people are not seeing an improvement. The instructions say that it won't correct dowager's hump but I think they mean if that condition is due to osteoporosis or some other health problem. Poor posture unrelated to medical conditions can be improved, imo. My rounded shoulders are always about 90% straightened while wearing the brace. (I'm 58.)When you put the brace on, you need to stand in the posture you want to have. Some of the pictures look like people are putting it on while still slouched. If you're having bad posture (not due to a serious medical condition) while it's on, imo it's being worn incorrectly. If you're completely comfortable or it feels like you're wearing a bra, it won't help. You really have to tighten it to a moderate level of being uncomfortable and only wear it for the recommended times.I slouch from using a computer all day and when I tighten it to prevent slouching, it immediately forces me to sit straight up. I wear it over a tee shirt because I need the shoulder straps tight and for me, they definitely dig in under the arms. I have the part around the ribcage tight but it's not painful. They call the hook and loop fastener "Velcro" but I don't think it's actually Velcro brand. As another reviewer said, the velcro style closures feel cheap and like they won't last very long. If you have a sewing machine you may be able to sew on some better quality velcro if it stops working while the brace is still in good useable condition. I'm happy with this item and definitely recommend it.

Good product
it doesn’t hold the back straight, it pulls on the front of the shoulders and is uncomfortable when slouching reminding you to stand up straight. It forced me use the right muscles to have good posture. It will take a while but I think over a few weeks
