Works well
The printer works well but the original labels are expensive so I use alternative labels which are cheaper but like I said, it works well but limited to the label size.

Wonderful little tool, just what I was looking for for my little business. Love the app, lots of possibilities of creating your own labels, a lot of templates, the print is very clear. A great product for the price!

Utter Garbage
Received - followed instructions to set up, attempted to print test label. Nothing. Attempted another label - nothing. Printer makes a bunch of clicking noises and then tells you it's complete - there is clearly no feedback mechanism in place to validate that anything is occurring in the printer itself. Label roll didn't spool and no printing was taking place on the label anyway. Online support consisted of some feeble bot sprouting useless information. Returned within 30 minutes of opening.
