I'm a super careful person about leaving my garage door open because I have several super nice e-bikes and scooters. After having a motorcycle stolen from in front of my house several years back, I decided that if I ever had any other motorized vehicle that was easy to steal, I'd make sure to anchor it to the ground.Whereas my motorcycle was "locked" (to itself) and covered, it was able to be lifted up and thrown into a van where the lock could be cut off with power tools.The cool thing about this ground anchor is that I can feed my extra long braided steel lock through the frames of all 4 of my ebikes and secure them to the concrete floor making them infinitely easier to steal.I love that it came with all the necessary hardware you'd need to secure these to your floor, but I'll be honest, I really prefer using Tap-Cons. I'm not crazy about these types of anchors at all, but they'd work ok.All in all, this is a phenomenal way to secure any valuables in your garage (or porch I suppose). It's awesome.

I needed something to secure my outdoor bikes with a chain and this nailed it. I like it. Using simple heavy duty metal this will make it difficult for a thief. Using the included hardware it will create a strong bond in concrete. The plastic cover covers up the mounting screws to make removal more challenging. I like the color and simple design. When placed on the floor everything lays down rather flat and does not protruce much. This is a good buy for those looking for another layer of protection.
