The product itself is worth 5 stars but it is a little pricy. I haven't tried similar products in a lower price range to see if they are just as effective as this product. After a lot research and a recommendation from a trusted exterminator I purchased this to help with a drain fly issue. It has helped with the issue but it hasn't totally eradicated it. I've used it as directed and as my exterminator has directed. It just gets very pricy over time to continue using this product.

I had a bad smell in my double sink and followed the directions for cleaning and deodorizing the trap. After three applications it seems that the odor is gone. I also contacted them through their website with a question and received a reply the next day. So far it seems to be an effective solution to the odor and I will continue to use it to maintain the pipes.

I’m only rating 4 stars because I have only used this once, but I didn’t have any clogs. I purchased this with the intention to keep my drains clean and prevent backups in the future. We shall see. I did notice it smells better in the bathroom than it did before.

Got rid of foul drain smell with one treatment! I have been struggling for years combating the drain smell with baking soda and vinegar, and it would help for 1 or 2 days and then return. This got rid of it with 1 treatment! I will use monthly for maintenance. Highly recommend!

This stuff has got to be the absolute 💯 best item out there right now. It clears through grease, human hair, pet hair and any other nastiness that has made itself down my drains. Our house is thoroughly (deep) cleaned once a week by a professional cleaning service. THEY HAVE SWITCHED OVER DRAIN CLEANERS TO THE GREEN GOBBLIN!! This is amazing!! Works well! Got rid of drain gnats (little black flies) and helped with the drain odor in laundry-tubs and floor drains! Use overnight and let it rest in drain when not using any water and let it work! A cup or two in each drain did the trick, with a couple of applications.

I ordered and received two gallons of this product. Upon taking them out of the packaging I noticed immediately that the jugs did not weigh the same. I put the products side by side and as you can see by the photo one container had less product in it than the other. I proceeded to weigh (the unopened) jugs and they did not weigh the same. I then opened and poured the product in to a one gallon pitcher. The fuller jug was indeed a full gallon but the second jug was nearly two cups less of product - again as you can see by the pictures. Neither of the jugs were missing their plastic seals so this is definitely a manufacturer quality control issue.

I have used this product prior to this order, and it does provide some relief from clogged drains and it seems to keep the kitchen and bathroom drains flowing well. I use it monthly, one cup in the kitchen drain and 1/2 cup in the bathroom drains. There is an "industrial" odor to the product, but it's not too awfully bad, and it's gone when after warm water is used flush the drain. It does keep my drains flowing nicely.
