These supplements are standard sizes and are not too large to make swallowing difficult. They are also odourless and tasteless.The dose is two capsules daily with water after a meal. The capsules are easy to take. I have sensitive digestion, but the formula seems to be gentle.The ingredients look good: Brown Rice, Sea Moss extract, Ashwagandha root extract, Bladderwrack extract, and 1% Iodine. These are vegan capsules with no fillers, binders, or other additives, making them suitable for me as I’m a coeliac.Calculating what effect supplements have is sometimes tricky, but this combination seems to cover a wide range of conditions. Sea Moss is purported to be good for gut, thyroid and heart health, helping with digestion and balancing sugar levels. It contains 92 of the 102 minerals found in the human body.
