Good product
So i bought this product to be able to use a fan at craft fairs and definitely would recommend this brand however I don't know if I would buy this particular model again don't get me wrong it works great and you can hook up and charge it with solar have not done that yet but this is only a 300 watt and it ran the fan for about 3 hours so if you have the extra money to spend (which I did not ) I would suggest going with one of the bigger wattage as depending on what you planning on using it for this one for example wouldn't be able to power your coffee maker etc I've been researching and looking to upgrade to a bigger model of this brand and would definitely recommend this brand

nice little box of juice
Works very well, small but perfect size. There have been several outages in my complex and I want to make sure I can keep my insulin cold.I have used a smaller portable/travel fridge plugged into this and it works great !!!There is a small flashlight built into it and have not needed to use it but think that is a good perk in a power outage.I like that I can link and control it from the app on my phone.I would definitely recommend this.

Keep connected when infrastructure disappears.
After Hurricane Helene this little gem kept 4 cell phones happily charged, despite the batteries on the phones draining quickly because more power drain than usual.

If you need it, it's too late to buy it.
Famous company. Seems to be very complete. Waiting for my first power outage.Three weeks, while quietly enjoying my retreat in the Ramapo Hills, the lights flickered and the power went out. Crafty Octogenarian that I am, I turned to my phone and quickly learned of the power outage. Power was restored in two hours. Since it was daylight I didn't need to light a candle. Or to curse the darkness. But I realized that no home in this uncertain century should be without at least a modest back up. This Jackery unit seems to fit the bill. I will update this review when, not if, I have to make use of it

Hiking Adventure with the Explorer 240 v2 Portable Power Station
The media could not be loaded. I bought Jackery's explorer 240 v2 as a power supply for hiking. As an avid hiker who relies heavily on my gadgets for navigation and photography, bringing along a reliable power source was a must. After doing considerable research among major brands on Amazon, I finally decided on this unit for its portability, fast charging feature, and the reputation of the Jackery brand. After using it for a couple of weeks now, I’m actually glad about my decision to pick this portable power station. I recently took it with me on a hike. Here are some of my thoughts about this product based on my experiences so far.Our plan was to catch the sunrise from the summit, which meant an early start. Because I forgot to charge it after playing around with it for a few days, it only had 9% remaining battery. The one-hour fast charging function came in handy. I turned on the emergency charging in the App and plugged it in right after breakfast, and by the time we were packed and ready to hit the trail, the power station was fully charged and good to go. This quick prep was a huge relief, as it meant no waiting around and more time on the trail. Also, at just 7.7 pounds, the explorer 240 v2 was the ideal companion for our hike. Its lightweight design meant that it didn’t add significant weight to my pack, a crucial factor when you're scaling steep paths and navigating rugged terrain.Despite its compact size, it packed enough power to keep all our devices charged throughout the trip. Since we used our smartphones extensively for capturing photos and videos of the views, our phone batteries started to dip before we made our return. But with the 100W USB-C ports, we quickly plugged in our phones. These ports can enable fast charging on our phones even without the wall charger.Reflecting on the trip, I can confidently say the explorer 240 v2 meets all my demands for a portable power supply. Its fast charging, lightweight design, and power capacity not only enhanced our hiking and camping experience but also brought a sense of security, knowing we had a reliable power source in the wild. For any outdoor enthusiast looking to blend adventure with convenience, this portable power station is a must-have.

Works Until It Doesn't
I've had this unit brick itself 3 times now where the unit will shut off, and not indicate that it works anymore. The only way to get it to work again is to plug it into the 120v wall outlet for a few hours until it decides it works again. The 3 times it's bricked itself are:1. After using it briefly to power some string lights while camping, I went to charge the unit with a 12v car charger that I can charge my phone with via the USB-C cable, and it went black and wouldn't respond to any button press until charging it from the wall for a few hours. When I got home, I was able to charge it with a USB-C cable, but only from a charging brick that had the PD logo on it.2. Using the 120v outlet with a heating pad (on a different camping trip) that was pulling 48 watts. The outlet on the Jackery says it's rated for 300 watts, but after 10 minutes, it clicked off and wouldn't respond.3. Having the heating pad plugged in, but not on, and the AC power off on the unit. This one feels especially strange given nothing should have been drawing power from that circuit.I cannot trust this unit for when I need it and I wish I hadn't purchased it.
