I recently purchased a bag from Amazon and encountered an issue with the combination lock. Unfortunately, I was not provided with the passcode necessary to open it. I contacted both Amazon and Safari's customer care teams for assistance, but both simply instructed me to visit the nearest Safari shop, which is 170 km away from my hometown.This is extremely inconvenient and frustrating, as it is not feasible for me to travel such a long distance just to resolve an issue that could have been handled remotely. I kindly request that passcodes be sent along with the bag in the future, or that alternative solutions are provided to customers who are far from physical stores.I urge the companies to consider these issues more seriously, as it is not reasonable to expect every customer to attempt opening the lock with multiple combinations or to travel long distances for something that should be easily solved online.I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, and I look forward to more practical solutions in the future.Otherwise rating will be 4 star.

I recently purchased the Safari Polypropylene Pentagon Hardside Medium Size Check-in Luggage, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Although the luggage arrived in decent time, I was disappointed to find that it appeared used. There were visible signs of wear, and the condition was not what I expected from a brand-new product.After noticing these issues, I decided to initiate a return. While the return process was smooth, it’s still frustrating to receive a product that doesn’t meet expectations, especially when it’s supposed to be in brand-new condition.On a positive note, the suitcase itself is quite spacious, and the spinner wheels do roll smoothly, which would have been great for travel. However, the condition of the item left a lot to be desired.Ultimately, I opted to return the product, and I hope this was just an isolated incident. I was looking forward to a reliable piece of luggage for my travels, but the experience left me disappointed.
