Well worth the money
Love this Walking Pad. Easy to use & very easy to put away when not in use. As nice as the much bigger units.

Reliability and great customer service.
I purchased this treadmill in January and absolutely love it. I had one prior to that and love that as well. The customer service is phenomenal. They respond to any issues or concerns you have in an expeditious manner. You can't go wrong with this company or these treadmills.

Great
I really like this walking pad. It’s easy to use, runs smoothly and is quiet except for the beeping which I wish you could turn off. Also the release to fold down the arm is difficult to do—you must have strong hands. Also the tiny tray for your phone is kind of nonfunctional if you have yours in a case as I do. It falls off. That design was a total miss.

Treadmill under Desk Walking Pad WFTM004
I received my treadmill yesterday and as I was setting it up, I noticed a crack on the on the left side of the belt. I haven’t used it yet and now I’m so disappointed. I am waiting to hear from the WELLFIT Co. with a response of how to proceed. For reasons like this, I do not like buying online.Depending on how the company responds, I will go back in and change my rating. As of now, I’m giving a 1 star because of the crack.

Stopped working after 2 weeks, but it ended up being my fault!
Update: Customer Service is great! They have promptly contacted me and were offering a refund. However, I took the cover off and discovered there was in fact something stuck in there: a dog toy! The first time I hadn’t noticed it because it was black. No idea how that ended up in there, but here we are. With some difficulty I managed to remove it and treadmill is running fine once again. (Although I had to break the grill underneath the motor housing to get it out)————————I have loved this item, and only owned it two weeks. However, it suddenly stopped working and gave me an error code E05. E05 means the treadmill motor is damaged or something is blocking it. Nothing is blocking it. I am dissatisfied, and I purchased this treadmill because of the length of the treadmill running pad. I will see if customer service will help me.

Awesome!
This treadmill is amazing! I had previously bought a cheaper one and well, you get what you paid for. This one is sturdy but still compact. The belt does not jump. Very impressed!
