Magnesium Complex

I like that this supplement includes 5 different types of magnesium. I have learned that they all help with different functions in the body. I like to take this right before bed. I haven't noticed any bad taste or anything like that.

Capsules have a higher absorption rate than pressed pills, and the quality of the Magnesium is top-notch.

These magnesium capsules are very easy to take and swallow -- the capsule size is right in the "OK" zone. I have not experienced any stomach or other gastrointestinal distress by taking them, but I never have had issues with other magnesium supplements.The other ingredients seem to be innocuous enough, nothing there that will cause harm or is a controversial ingredient.The ads target things like "vegan" and "made in the USA" which generally are good things for any product purchased. But I'm not really sure of the relevance of "5 star customer service" or "no unnecessary packaging" or "quality assured" -- seem to be platitudes not really relevant to the product itself.All in all these seem to be a good product; but I think they are a little pricey in comparison to similar magnesium supplements. You decide if they are worth the cost.

I've taken Magnesium for a while now and it's usually Magnesium Sulfate for concentrating on my sore muscles from my gym workouts. It's nice to have a variety that can help me benefit in other areas, like sleep (M. Glycinate) or heartburn/indigestion (M. Oxide). These are the typical size for capsule supplements, general serving size is 2. I've taken it with and without food and didn't notice side effects.

I take 2 every night, it seems to be just as good as many other magnesium supplements I've used. I've been taking it for years and will be using this brand in the future.

The packaging says made in the USA.The product page says made in China.Who do you believe?There are other, better supplements that my cost a bit more but at least I can be fairly confident of the provenance. This product leaves me guessing. That's not good.Made in ?~ Kort

This "Magnesium Complex" has all the magnesium’s in it, so it covers all the bases. It’s best to take it with a meal. So for seems to be working great with no side effects.
