For those E60 owners with CIC system who are on the fence, buy this infotainment upgrade, it’s a real game changer for ownership experience. I first tried a less expensive Linux based infotainment system that unfortunately had a bad harness rendering the product useless. How many times must I learn you get what you pay for!!!!! This 12.3” screen is priced right and delivers everything it promises. You will need to consult the Xtrons forum to fully understand set up for your specific application. Be patient. The product support is great and questions answered next day from the other side of the world. There are so many settings it’s days to explore the various menus to customize your setup. I installed an Amazon purchased E60 aftermarket camera and it was plug and play with this Xtrons 12.3” screen.

Item was sold and advertised as a fit for my make and model of vehicle. Spoke with tech folks and send photos and verified more than once that it would fit before purchasing. They made it clear that it would and took it to have it installed and it wouldn't fit and they don't have a fabricated bracket to make it work. 😞

Worth the price. I found the same ones online on other sites and eBay for nothing cheaper then 600$, this was here in 2 days and I installed it within minutes. Plug and play. And my 2006 525xi bmw doesn’t have an airport either. So I ordered a battery operated FM transmitter that works great with it

Looks amazing. Just replaced another head unit from another company and this is Waaaayyy better. No complaints
