I was upset Amazon did not cancel this order but these work great. I bought and tried to cancel I was upset that they were coming anyway. But these work great. I have been taking 4 Benadryl to sleep so I took 2 of these I slept a solid 8 hours.

Great Sleep Aid. Helps you sleep like a baby but beware of grogginess the next day.

I am amazed at how well these little pills work. I have a high tolerance to medicine and was really doubting this medicine helping me sleep. Boy was I surprised after the first time I tried them and they truly helped me sleep through the night.I would definitely recommend to anyone who is needing a little help sleeping.

Most people just pop a Benadryl if they want to sleep. I'm not that lucky. I don't tolerate them well. This little jewel has been my salvation. BUT --- fair warning --- Don't take extra thinking that it'll just knock you out more. I have a high tolerance for medication in general, so it is nothing unusual for me to take a little bit more than a normal dose to get the same effect. Everyone in my family is the same. We metabolize it too fast. So, I did the same with this. Took 1.5 instead of 1. OMG -- The leg cramps I got from doing that were miserable. But I didn't make the connection becs I have struggled with leg cramps for the last 25 hrs, various causes. On a complete flyer, I Googled it. Sure enough! There are cases of leg cramps tied to this medication in doses more than recommended. So -- lesson learned. I scaled back my dose to one, and added melatonin. Between those two, I sleep like I need to, and I do NOT have leg cramps.

I started using unisom while pregnant. I would take 1/2 a tablet at night. It helped me get necessary rest. My husband will take unisom 1-4 times a week. He also only takes 1/2 a tablet and it works well for him. This is a great value medicine for the name brand unisom. Exactly the same ingredients.

I like that this product just takes half a pill to put me to sleep within a half hour. I do not like that I have a slight bit of a "hangover" from it the next day. The "hangover" is a lot less than the "hangover" from taking a whole pill. I am not able to get much stuff done the next day if I have a whole pill. I also don't like feeling depressed the next day after taking this pill, even on half a pill. I have decided to only use it no more than once a week when I really need it and can sleep in. I would also be careful with this pill. When I first had it, I hallucinated that my head was rolling around. When I realized this was happening, I meditated and then prayed and fell asleep, thank goodness. So, if you do decide to try this, take half a pill half an hour before going to bed. Make sure you complete EVERYTHING you need to before taking this pill so you only have to slip into bed. Best of luck. P.S. If you take any medications, please consult your physician and pharmacy.
