No noticable boost. More like a vitamin. I was expecting a boost similar or close to caffeine but this black ginger supplement didn't really stimulate me at all and felt like placebo. Even caffeine feels like placebo sometimes so maybe I was just expecting too much.

We use it as Black Ginger. a spice. Have not used too much. Just a pinch. Love ginger. Will look for it again in spices and check it out again. Let you know if it makes a difference for the men in house. Picky meg

Meh. I feel like these are more placebo than anything. I haven't been able to find any sort of FDA Approval on this either, it's not listed on the bottle anywhere. That tells me that there is no way to prove the quality of ingredients in this. However I haven't had any negative side effects! It just feels like I haven't been taking them...even though I have.

Work's very well. Need larger bottle perhaps 90 to 120 capsules.

I do NOT LIKE THAT THE PROTECTIVE SEAL HAD BEEN REMOVED , THE TOP WAS REMOVE AND SO WAS THE PROTECTIVE COTTON INSERT. IM WANTING A REFUND , BUT A REPLACEMENT INSTEAD !

I've been trying various supplements to see if any can provide additional endurance and recovery on the long days out on the trail.After taking these for a few weeks it seems I'm getting mixed results. Overall I'm concluding that I've gotten a slight improvement over my base endurance. One day it seemed I was way below my base, but that could have resulted from some other influence. I've found other supplements that seem to provide greater benefit. I do like that this supplement only required 2 tablets to provide a full dose. Others require as many as 6 tablets. This has been the only supplement containing black ginger that I've taken and here the ginger is listed as the only active ingredient. Expiration is 16 May 2026.
