ZB-L100K Handheld LCR Test Clip Universal Digital Bridge Kelvin Test Line SMD Chip use for DE-5000 LCR Meter

Great pair of kelvin clips for my DE-5000 LCR meter. Early on I had made one but this is much better. Checked it against my make and the results for measuring small resistances are very close to each other. Also claims to be compatible with most LCR meters. Good value.

I'm giving this four stars ONLY because it doesn't have the exact size or retention features the Hantek 1832/33 meter wants. But it does fit the slots, and with some rubber retention cords, it will remain seated.This is the first time I ever used Kelvin clips. My primary use is in building RF circuits, where guessing component values will not work.To use these clips successfully on the Hantek (and probably other meters as well), it's first necessary to calibrate 'open' and 'shorted' clip conditions. I was very pleased with the stability of readings (for days) and being able to get sufficient accuracy even on low picoFarad capacitors and low microHenry inductors. The readings were hardly affected by re-positioning the clips.I might wish the leads were longer, but am aware there's a fundamental trade-off between length and stability.

Well. It does not fit the de-5000 out of the box.If you force it to plug in you WILL bend the tab clasps and the unit will not work any longer.If you look at the edges of the connectors that came with the unit. The edges have been filed to a point. To insert between the connectors. You must file the edges similarly on the new units. They will work fine. Note. The direction it is plugged in matters. The cable should be to the left.

Not too much to say about this other than it's well made and works with my LCR multi-meter. Connector not terribly long so you have to position the work piece somewhat close, but you'd want to do that anyway. The clips feel good in the hand and have sufficient spring force to hold securely. All-in-all I'm happy with these and don't have any problem recommending them to anyone looking for a decent set of Kelvin clips.

Works great, a little flimsy, but for the price it's decent. I wish the cable was a bit longer.
