My dog is on heart medications and one of the pills is VERY small. She takes 1/2 pill 2 times a day so I need to cut the pills in 1/2. I was using a small knife, but the pills would either crumble or not cut right. This pill cutter is GREAT! It cuts multiple pills, perfectly in 1/2.

Great design, build quality, and value for the money.I was just looking for a regular pill cutter that does one at a time, and I had no idea that there was even such a thing as one that would do many at a time until I looked here on Amazon.Really glad I found this one.Does a fantastic job cutting several small (about 3 mm), un-scored tablets in half at the same time.I wish I would have found this sooner.

Would definitely recommend! I can cut 4 pills at once and they are a clean cut no splitting with lots of little pieces of the medicine to be thrown away. Now the dosage can be taken as prescribed.

The ability to cut multiple pills at one time is great functionality. The rubber siding that makes that possible is easy to adjust. There is a little pill dust from time to time (my reasoning for the 4 stars) but still more effective than using a knife and eyeballing it. Recommend it.

This is great! I have broken 5 cutters this past month cutting my parents pills, this cuts multiple pills at one time and is not hard to push down. the only thing is sometimes its hard to line up with the line on the bills sometimes, but pills without - cuts and does not break into bits.

I have tried MANY pill cutters. Others almost always cut poorly and dont allow multiple pills cut at once. THIS ONE DOES. I can cut several pills at once. It allows for different size pills and the dials move to hold them tight and cut down the middle. I lent it to my husband, who was frustrated with his pill cutter and he was also pleased. I bought a second one for him.

I don't write many reviews, but this product is worthy of one. This is the best and easiest pill cutter I have used. Great value. Lines up multiple pills in a perfect row, precise splitting. In my experience, small pills can be difficult to get cut evenly, but this product does not have that issue.

I purchased this pill cutter specifically because it is designed to cut several pills simultaneously, supposedly of different sizes. It is good quality and does the job as expected, but BEWARE, it does not open wide enough to fit a 3/4" pill. Otherwise, nice product.
