As we age, we all struggle to absorb the good stuff from food so supplementing becomes more important. A good pre and pro biotic is important and taking it in one good once a day is supplement is the easiest way to get it. I have not noted a big difference since taking it, but i know it takes time for these kinds of supplements to be effective. I have not noticed any negative effects from taking this and therefore cannot yet say it doesn't work, so would say give it a go and see for yourself as we all react differently to supplements.

Felt better after just 5 days of taking these capsules!After 9 months of antibiotics left my digestive system ruined, my body is finally getting back to normal.So grateful!

Does what it says its going to do, great product!

Although it's too soon to say for sure whether these Gut-Smart LIVE probiotics are doing me any good, I can say that they are not doing anything bad to me! I've been taking them for a couple of weeks, and I think they may be starting to have a positive effect but I can't really say for certain - there are too many other variables! They are easy to swallow, though, and don't have any aftertaste, which is a win in my book. At the time of this review, the supplement costs £14.75 for a month's supply, which is not bad value at all... if they genuinely do work.My only real gripe is that like other products I have from this company, these come in a pouch, which I find difficult to get open. I have now decanted the caps into a jar. I would prefer them to come in a glass bottle with an aluminium lid; not only are they easier to open but I can wash them out, and re-use them afterward. Plastic pouches just get trashed after use. And for added difficulty, despite the pouch being recyclable, I had to take it to my local supermarket because I could not put it out with my regular recycling. What an unnecessary faff!

I like to take pre and probiotics to balance the impact of daily medication that can irritate my gut. I'm finding that GUT - Smart Live pre & Probiotics are working well for me when I compare them to other brands I have used.The capsules are easy to take with a drink and depending on your needs, I find that I'm taking 1 tablet a day at the moment which does the trick. However, you know your own gut so the recommended 2 capsules may be right for you.Gut-Smart price range is comparable to competitors, and with all supplements you need to discover what product works well for you. I recommend you give them a go.

Eased occasional discomfort. Will buy more

Hubby has been taking for just over 3 weeks now and he isn't convinced they are actually doing anything or helping him in anyway.He doesn't feel any different and hasn't noticed any changes so he won't use them again. Shame.
