This product is a great add on to a tabletop that you have your morning cup of coffee. Be it a desk at work, home office, RV counter or nightstand, this unit will not disappoint.The temp settings make it a must have if you want your coffee/tea to stay like it was when you poured it! The timer feature is very handy in case you forget to turn it off or if you like to drink slow while you do other tasks! The free coaster is a nice added bonus to keep the hot mug from marring your tabletop!It is a bit large for my taste compared to the old school coffee warmers but it’s still very attractive and definitely works very good. You can also use as a candle warmer to make your space smell good!I wish the buttons that control timer, on/off and temp settings lit up so u can see which button does what! The black on black icons make it difficult to pick the right button!

Exceptionally better than my last mug warmer of another brand that died recently. Gets hot on highest temp....kept my tea hot for over 2 hrs while sipping it and watching a movie. It does get quite warm on the bottom where it rests on my table or wooden desk but has not marred either. I wish the cord was longer than 4 ft...but I made it work. The light level displaying the temp needs to be brighter or even larger for my old post cataract surgery eyes but I'm getting used to it. It would help if the other 3 buttons were lit or marked but again I'm getting used to them. Overall,I am very pleased with this mug warmer because of the high temp and multiple available temps as well as the fact that it works with my larger 2+ cup size mugs. I would give it 9.5 out of 10.🤗

There are many other great reviews but I just wanted to add my take on just a few of it’s greatest features (comparing to numerous other coffee warmers in the past years—all of which I got frustrated with). First, it has a glass resting plate! With a little wipe it goes back to perfectly new looking-all my others were tacky looking in a month. The hottest setting really does reheat—not instantly but in about 10 minutes. The timer to turn off actually does work!! It is easy to turn on but does not turn on just with a little bump/touch like some—I almost had a fire with one coffee warmer because a cloth napkin was laying partially on the warmerand thus turned it on. Finally, the wood look is very nice—worth the extra couple of dollars. I love this and will keep it as long as it shall live—finally! In the past 2 years I threw out 4 others—maybe I’m fussy but this fits me to a tee.

I had bought one from a different company before and it didn't work at all.But this one works great. Also like the different temperatures you can set it to. It's great for different types of coffee mugs.

It works well. Quick to heat up and hold the temperature. It slows to cool down after unplugging. I like that but need to be cautious the hot surface for others. I give 4 stars because the product has a sign of wear on display panel as if used. It was a gift that purchased a few months ago, so I have to keep it.

This is a good unit for your desk or end table. If you're like me, you like your coffee hot – not lukewarm. I hate having to get up and microwave my coffee and this unit solves that problem. There are four settings – 137°, 145°, 167°, or 185°, I usually keep mine on 145° which is a good drinking temperature. If you want to heat up a cup that is cooled off, put it at 167° or 185°--in just a couple of minutes, it will be very hot again. The unit has been very effective and has lasted me for several months now; it appears to be well built and is very effective. If they're still available when this one stops working, I would buy another one and highly recommend it. Since the price seems to go up and down a lot, I say: wait for the sale!

It’s a neat little device. I use it next to my recliner on a table when I want to keep my cup of tea hot for an extended period of time. I use a porcelain mug and the heat transfers perfectly to keep my tea hot. I like the timer on the device so it shuts off if I forget to turn it of. Second unit I have purchased.

It works very well. It heats up and keeps my coffee, a consistent temperature and I’m in the cord is also long enough because a lot of the cords too short but this one the chords nice and so thank you you
