We bought this when we moved in my mother-in-law in with us after some major health issues. The receiver has a pretty good range, we had our about 35 or 40 feet away for her room. The button was easy enough for her to push after having two strokes, leaving herunable to speak. I'm a heavy sleeper and the alarm would wake me up, its very loud. The system works well all and all. It gave my wife a little extra freedom in a bad situation, so its worth every penny.

These Nurse Call Buttons are a GODSEND. My 81 Year old mother broke her hip in June of 2024 and she spent 14 days in the Hospital and 17 days in a Skilled Nursing Facility. I have been taking care of my mother for over a decade and when she came home she needed much more attention and for me to able to get to her as quickly as possible.This set which has the One Loud Speaker and the 2 Call buttons is so GREAT as I have one by her bedside and 1 in the restroom she uses so she can call upon me whenever and wherever she is and that has HELPED us both out so Very much...!!! I would highly recommend these to ANY person that is a Caregiver or to any family or family members that take care of a Loved One. These have never failed to work and the Range is Outstanding and the Battery Life is GREAT and the Size of the buttons are just right so if you want to put one on the Necklace strap that's included so your loved one can wear it around there neck while there up and mobile you can also do that. The Speaker is very loud so you can hear it from just about anywhere in the house and we live in a very large house so that is also a Big Plus. I HIGHLY recommend these to anybody that is in need of such a Beautiful and More than Helpful Device for taking care of a Loved one or Love ones...!!! The setup is easy. The range is good even if you live on a large property the signal goes through.The sound can get pretty loud when you are next to it, but this can be customized with a few clicksThe manual is kind of funny and I could not figure out how to attach the string to the alarm button until I scanned the bar code with a short video.you can mount the back plate with a supplied sticker or screw it into your desired spot. It will be still mobile - just slide it in/out. As long as your patient is able to push the button you can relax and wait for the signal.The product works right out of the box as advertised. The system is one way only. There is no acknowledge or call back feature. The call button is big enough and should work well even for partially disabled persons.The receiver needs an electrical outlet which has enough surrounding space.

This device works perfectly in our two-story house. When my aging dad needs me, he no longer has to shout to get my attention — he simply presses the button, and I come downstairs to check on him. It keeps him calm and reassured.Since this device is designed for hearing people, I let the CallToU team know that I am Deaf and needed a version with flashing lights so I wouldn’t have to rely on my children to be my ears. To my surprise, CallToU already offered several accessible options! I chose the model with both vibration and flashing light. Best of all, nothing changed for my dad — he still uses the same button to reach me.It’s wonderful to know that CallToU’s products are fully accessible to everyone!

I bought this ‘call light’ for my grandpa who came home on hospice recently so my 94 year old grandma can be alerted to when he needs help in the middle of the night.The range of this unit is great for my grandparents home. You can also pick from multiple different tones, although most are a bit much and more simple tones would most likely suffice. I know that this call light will prevent my grandpa from falling in the middle of the night or having to wait until morning for other needs. This is a great item for elderly people, people who have just had surgery or chronically ill people.The button is easy to press and large enough that it won’t get lost in the bed. You can move the location of the base unit easily, it just plugs into an outlet in whatever room the caregiver is in at the time.I have been a nurse for many years and never knew that this was a thing! I will be recommending it to my patients from now on!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This alert saved my dad several times while he was still with us. He was a fall risk and his blood glucose would go dangerously low in the middle of the night. Thankfully he was coherent enough to push the alert button every time, and I was able to either pick him up and check for injuries or give him juice to raise his blood sugar. The alarm is loud enough to wake me up from any part of the house. I like that you can change the sound of the alerts. Very useful product.

Works well easy pairing and has many ringtones to select from. Excellent price as well. The only problem I wish that would be corrected would be that it kept paging the receiver until acknowledged.

Great addition for home health. The volume can be adjusted based on need. The signal range picked up from our downstairs to our upstairs areas easily. The button is lightweight and easily put on. One size fits most of all.
