They work for me
I’ve been popping these sleep gummies like they’re tiny bedtime saviours for months now. They used to gently nudge me into dreamland — recommended dose, lights out. It really works
I don't normally write reviews, but these really have been life changing. I've been struggling with sleep for many years, never found anything that worked until this. For the first time in years, I've been consistently sleeping before midnight which used to be unheard of for me. I genuinely think this product works, all the ingredients are very good for you and they taste great! I did think it was quite expensive, I didn't have much hope when buying them but was willing to try anything at this point, I will now continue to buy them because it is very worth it. Highly recommend.

Good substitute for sleep medication
I have delayed sleep phase disorder and this puts my sleep pattern around 2am to 10am. For years I have juggled this with different medications but mainly promethazine (phenergen) and occasionally zopiclone. I am trying to come off promethazine but it's great for getting me to sleep around midnight so I can get up at a reasonable time but it makes me groggy next day.I tried these gummies with an open mind but didn't expect too much.I took them around 11.30pm as they take half an hour to work. I was yawning and to my surprise felt sleepy. I did fall asleep fairly quickly. I dreamed ALOT. And I woke up a couple of times but I got about seven hours sleep and didn't feel groggy.They taste nice and my flatmate tried them. He had great dreams and a good sleep. I tried them one night when I had high anxiety and I had bad dreams and did not sleep well.I've had them about five times now and that seemed to be a one off as they make me tired and fall asleep which is really where I struggle.My advice is take them when you're feeling OK. And they should work. Don't take them when you're really stressed or have a lot on your mind as it might effect your dreams in a negative way. And avoid cream/dairy/cheese.I took them the other night and dreamed I was on stage with The 1975 😂I've tried melatonin, valerian, lavender, all sorts and these are the best natural ones I've tried. They must have the perfect combination.

No improvement
No improvement to sleep quality plus was left feeling groggy in the morning. Kept on trying thinking it might just take a few days but no. Finally chucked out the last 8/9 as had enough.

They are okay not great.
They do make you sleepy and definitely help you get to sleep but they also have side effects. They can cause you to have vivid dreams and restless sleep. They also make you feel groggy in the morning.

These work!
I've been using these for almost a year now and they really seem to work, they taste ok as well. I would recommend sucking on one 20 minutes before bed time as they will be absorbed in your stomach and gut quicker than chewing on them. Unrelated but I've found that getting rid of excess wind before bed is good as well, this relieves bloating and abdominal pressure enabling ones body to relax - my own theory but it's working!

Highly recommend
Highly recommend but the affects don't always last.First time I used them for both my autistic children barely made it to bed, his legs were like jelly.I recommend making sure they're ready for bed and settled before giving then get them tucked up and they Will be out cold and stay asleep for at least 6 hours.After about 6 months of using i had to increase doze to 2 a night.They still work for my 6 year old but the 7 year old needs melatonin because nothing helps.her settle down.
