Good manufacturing
Just tested this machine it's really good for the price. Another great DJ accessory from this company. 👍

Physically fine but control is awful
Once you've got it set up, it generates a good stream of smoke-filled bubbles - best if smoke turned right down. Note the fan for the bubbles is also needed for the smoke - there is a tiny radial fan at the front which seems to be for smoke but without the bubble fan on, the smoke just sits around the unit. But you can run it with bubble mode on without any bubble fluid. But the problem is the user interface / control panel and the instructions. The UI software on this is truly awful, and makes it almost unusable.1) The timer interval, duration, smoke volume and *DMX channel* (!) don't persist over power off. Other settings do seem to. The default is 5 sec interval, 30 sec duration, lots of smoke, which is daft.2) Contrary to the awful instructions the "Wind for Class" option does control whether the bubble fan comes on, but it comes on every time you pass that menu option and can't be turned off without pressing Manual briefly again.3) The supplied remote has 4 buttons A,B,C,D. As far as I can see A is "everything on" and B,C,D are off4) The keypad buttons aren't debounced so you often skip menu options5) You can't stop a timed burst without pressing manual which will (by default) fire out a shedload of smoke.Probably the only sane way to control this unit is with DMX (not tried, but channel mapping looks vaguely sane) - but I say again, the DMX channel is not persistent over power off, which makes this pretty much useless unless you're happy with it on channel #1!Why do companies so often create basically good products and totally fail on the control system/UI and manual? (Yes, I used to design this kind of thing and would be happy to rewrite it for a fee!)
