Horrible documentation - Stay away from BigTreeTech products
The documentation provided with this product is absolutely abysmal. I am sick and tired of fighting BigTreeTech products to work. I have an Octopus Max EZ MCU and they provide no examples of how to interface with the EZ drivers, hardware SPI simply fails to compile with the board so you have to use software SPI, there is no indication of where to wire the sensor too, just figuring out a way to wire this in took me several hours; and they don't advise whether you should use the VBB jumpers on the EZ motor slot (I went with no because it advises 3.3-5v operating voltage which should be supplied by the board). Basically, its up to you to reverse engineer their product if you want to use it.Queue to today, no matter what I do, my PT1000 configured to the 1A and 2A motor mounts throws a thermocouple fault while the hotend is heating. Its reading out the temperature just fine and I can see what the temp is before it fails and after resetting the firmware. Check the logs, nothing indicates whatsoever why it failed and shutdown the printer. The more you read up on the problem, you notice most people have issues like this and simply resort to using TH0 even if less accurate.BTT makes cool gear, but they give some vague schematics and examples for Marlin an ancient firmware and nothing as far as Klipper. I am tired of throwing away money on this companies terrible products. I just don't understand how the PT1000 is accurately reading temperatures yet throwing a thermocouple error.DO NOT BUY FROM BTT IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY OR YOUR HARD EARNED CASH.

Very capable board
With connections for four hotends, and the bed heater, and having TEN stepper slots, this board is a beast. Dont have it completely configured yet, but things are progressing. I had purchased the PRO version of this board back in January, but had some problems with it. This board seems to be easier to configure.Setting it up in a four stepper motor Corexy, with a Kraken liquid cooled hotend. Cant wait to get to the first prints!!!

Huge upgrade from what I see many recommending as mainboard for Voron build
I needed this for building my CoreXY Voron 2.4 400mm 3d printer build. Works as intended, which is sensational!Love the new Stepper Drivers being slot in like this, Has all the bells and whistles I was looking for, great value. Now I'm thinking about the next build I can use this board in!

Disappointing spi bus and quality control.
Check the github page for this board before you buy it, it is filled with unanswered complaints about issues surrounding the spi bus which is critical for running the pt1000 add on board or 5160 drivers. This board works with my 2209EZ drivers and I have seen other people run it with their 5160EZ drivers but is not compatible with the 5160RGB drivers which are the variation with the highest amperage support that fit in the EZ style slot. I wasted a full day troubleshooting this only to find out they just don't work together so be warned do not purchase this board if you want to run 5160RGB stepper drivers.

Great drivers, quiet motors.
I have these in a couple of my printers plus an Enraged Rabbit MMU controller from BTT. The are great drivers. Never a problem.
