I never thought I'd write a review for a pill cutter, but here we are... The VA sends me my pills in double the dose and tells me to cut them in half because it's easier for them (me, not so much). I just cut seven small, oval shaped pills at a time and they came out perfect. The whole three months supply took me just a few minutes. No more paring knife and tiny pill parts flying all over the place for me!

If you need to cut your pills into a different size this is so worth the money. We have some pills in our household that need to be cut in half and doing it by hand is not only difficult, but not accurate. I saw this and took a chance. Wish I had done it sooner! You can adjust it for big, medium, and small pills! It is very easy to use, keeps them safe in the unit so they don't go flying everywhere, and you can do multiple pills at once if you need/want to.You can't beat the price and how it works!

The best pill splitter I’ve ever used! The gears on the outside widen/narrow the channel to put the pill in. No more fussing trying to get a tiny pill into a plastic, slippery cradle to split it. Just slid them in, narrow the channel, then the *rubber* lining holds the pills firmly in place. Cuts them all smoothly without crushing.I have a chronic illness and have to spilt my weekly pills. This cut that time more than in half. Made everything super convenient and quick! Couldn’t recommend this splitter enough.

Might be difficult for older people if pill is oval. Lining them up because of shape and size was awkward. However it split them nicely. If pill that needed splitting had been round maybe easier. No need to work about line up as much because then all sides are equal.

I'm surprised at how well this works. It cuts up to 6 of my small tablets at a time with no fuss. The guides make lining up the tablets a breeze, and the blade cuts cleanly with very little mess. The recessed blade is a bit difficult to clean, but it errs on the side of safety. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

After cutting pills one by one, I was excited to order this so I could cut a bunch of pills in one swoop. So I filled it with pills and was disappointed when it struggled to cut through them. I pressed harder, two or three times, and it finally got through them but there was some crumbling too. Bummer. The next time I only filled it about 2/3 with pills and it cut them just fine. I guess you just can't max it out. One nice feature is that you load the pills into it loosely and then turn two little gears on the outside and it lines up all the pills in a straight line and holds them in place for the cutting blade.

This is so perfect. I help my mom with her meds and it was so tedious to use her old cutter and do one at a time. love that this one cuts several at a time and it can adjust size to any size pill. cuts them all at once highly recommend.
