I take 1 of these every day along with my other supplements. It has been effective and doesn’t give me stomach upset or pain like some other brands I’ve used. The pills are medium thickness and easy to swallow. They are not a capsule but a coated pill. The vitamin content is 1,000 milligrams. Only 1 pill once a day makes it easy to use , there is a slight but not unpleasant citrus taste. It’s a great value for the money.
