Yes, these are the a50 gen 4 mod kit, earpads fit on gen 4 astro a50s. they don't fit the A50 GNE 3. Due to the increased thickness of the earpads, it makes for more space and more comfort for the time, but the earpads need to be removed when using the charging base.

Q: I noticed in some reviews that some customers recieved magnets installed backwards. Has issue been resolved? I'd love to buy these!

To my knowledge it has not. The original pair I ordered and the replacement pair I received both had the issue. I got another brand and didn't have any issue.
