Q: Is this good for Operating Operationally?

It's not good for operating theoretically. I usually do that in my underwear. Operating strategically usually happens at my desk, also in underwear. But when I need to get operational with my operating, if I can't do it in my undies, this jacket doesn't slow my operational operations down much at all.

I don’t think you fit the operational proportions to properly operate in an operational operation jacket. Judging by your dimensions in your operational on operator portfolio Maybe try a womens size small in pink. Otherwise use your optics on the size chart and answer yourself by operating the size chart and compare your operating size to the tactical operators operating size chart located in figure 1.3 above. If you cant do that on your own then how do you expect to operate in an operational environment when trying to operatively operate in an operation.

Q: Does the lining zip out?

This jacket does not have a removable lining.

Q: what size are the velcro patch areas?

Roughly 4x4 , put department patches on it that were 5x4 no problem and when not in use , they fit in he pockets behind the Velcro
