Women always have to be aware of their urinary and vaginal health and sometimes two things can go wrong at the same time causing an issue that needs to be solved. I've had urinary tract issues for years now and have managed them but not completely eliminated them. Then suddenly I was having other issues too.This arrived the day after I ordered it and I tried it for the next two nights. After inserting the gel it did burn slightly but I went right to bed and when I woke up at 4 am it was much milder. Then I went back to bed and felt nothing the next day around 10 am. So I would say the slight burning sensation is not extreme and is very bearable especially since you sleep through most of it.On night two I repeated the instructions and went to bed again. Next day I was feeling so much better. Now today everything is fresh and clean! The only thing I noticed was the pear scent is fairly strong but it goes away by the third day. Wrapping up the applicator in a plastic bag and tossing it out in the trash is a good idea so the scent isn't in your bathroom garbage. I did leave the house the days after the nights I used this no problem. Mostly you can just catch a whiff of the pear scent when peeing. Otherwise it isn't too bad.Would I use this again? Definitely I'm going to get another box to keep on hand. It only took two nights to work and that is not much to worry about! I liked the fast, super effective gel and the healing results. I'm thinking my vaginal health issue was probably causing a reinfection of my bladder. That seems better now too and I took UT-Fem to clear out my bladder so maybe solving two problems at the same time.So don't fear the burn. It really isn't that bad and you'll be asleep most of the time! I am going to try other products by this company, especially the urinary flush! It does what it is supposed to do-kill whatever bacteria might be there. BUT! Where your granny panties or period panties with a FULL size maxi pad overnight. I didn’t wear anything in my panties and it’s some sort of oil that seeps out ALL OVER the place. My panties are still stained and it’s been like 5 washes in hot and spray still the stain is there and the stain still smells like gasoline. Don’t get weirded out it totally works-but it stinks and you need to wear an old crappy pair of crappy panties with the biggest longest pad available because that oil whatever left behind seeped between my butt crack onto my panties. 😂😂😂

So I purchased this as a step to take before a Dr appt but I was not prepared for the smell and burn. I have a very high pain tolerance and the burn was like I spread my legs and squatted over an open flame for 5-10 mins then it was manageable. The smell is also very strong like an intense nail glue I almost thought my product was bad or something. So those 2 things aside my symptoms were so much better just after the first dose and gone with the second dose. Just be prepared for the burn and smell lol

I tried this just out of curiosity, hoping something would work, and it does. Did experience a mild tingle the first 30 seconds after applying it and it does give a smell but personally I don’t hate the smell. It’s definitely different but not necessarily unpleasant to me. Just wear a panty liner and you’ll be good. It completely took away odor after the first use so I was able to break it up and save the second doubles for a couple months after the first one when I felt off balance again.

I finished my 2nd dose last night. A lot of discharge is leaving my body and I feel much better. Yes, the smell of the treatment is strong. But, after a shower, it is not noticeable. I highly recommend trying this product for bv. Don't be fooled that, just because it's natural, doesn't mean it is not powerful. It is some powerful stuff.

I just got the product a few days ago and began using it last night. Fortunately for myself, I didn't experience the burn or horrific smell that some women have experienced. I only experienced a mild tingle at the beginning of application. I would urge each woman to listen to her body and know if you're already really sensitive, this may not be for you.I on the other hand actually found the scent to be rather pleasant, it's like a sweet menthol scent unlike anything I've smelt before. However, I used a panty liner so it was unnoticeable.I cannot update you on the efficacy yet, as my cycle just started after use. I will use the rest of the tube as directed for the second night. Hopefully, the product is still effective.

It did provide relief after the first application. It does a burning sensation side effect that last for a while so that is the worst of it. I am feeling better but I will see if all is clear in a week and I will check if my symptoms come back to quickly. It is messy so putting it in the freezer for 10mins before application is useful.Update: It provided relief of the symptoms but it did not cure the BV. I still had lingering symptoms after use so I went to the doctor. My doctor gave me metronidazole pills to clear it but said femiclear helped with some symptoms at least. She did say femiclear can clear BV for some people and some people it may only just offer some relief.

This works really well slight burn sensation more like tingling but its not unbearable and the smell is more like a chemical chlorine smell and it is strong i accidentally got it on my finger and on the floor and the the whole room smelled like chlorine LOL so be careful maybe wear gloves or place a towel down before inserting, even after washing hands the smell lingers for a day
