Works well. Looks like pictures. It slips around on my wood floors, so I have to put a yoga mat under it to keep it from moving. I cut the long care instruction tags off, they bugged me.

I purchased two "ab mats" not for their intended purpose but to use with body weight squats for heel elevation (without shoes), and calf raises using the opposite more rounded side, also as a platform for pushups. The foam is very firm but still cushions well and made pushups more comfortable. I agree with some of the other reviews that I couldn't find a position that felt comfortable using them for crunches, but I do have some lower back issues. However they are very useful for other exercises in your home gym if you need a cushioned base with various angles.

Just what is needed for CrossFit AbMat situps. This is significantly firmer than the traditional AbMats, but I'm getting used to it. Much more cost effective than the AbMat brand.

These pads are so versatile. You can use them for ab training, lower back support in any exercise as well as you can kneel down on them while doing ab training. I purchased one for me, my wife and my daughter.

Been using for at least 3 mos now. Holding up like a boss. Yet still focused on diet to see full results.
