Works great
The Lutron Caseta Smart Lighting Pedestal is a great addition for anyone using the Caseta remote. It holds the remote securely at a perfect angle, making it easy to grab and use without fumbling. The pedestal is sleek and matches well with any decor, adding a touch of convenience and style. It’s also well-built and stable, so you don’t have to worry about it tipping over. Highly recommend for keeping your Caseta remote handy and accessible!

High quality pedestal
I was pleasantly surprised by the heft of the pedestal, made it feel substantial and the grippy bottom made sure it didn't slide on the nightstand. Definitely worth getting if you have these Lutron remotes.

Inexpensive and essential part of a freestanding Pico application
This weighted pedestal is designed to engage the accessory slot on the back of the Pico remote.I purchased two of these to accompany Pico. My application is buffet furniture lamps, using the Lutron P-PKG1P-WH Caseta Wireless 300-watt/100-watt Plug-In Lamp Dimmer with Pico Remote Control Kit, White. The outlets were not accessible behind the buffet units, and buffet lamps are notoriously difficult to switch. (One set has those odious in-line switches clamped to the lamp wire.)In our experience with the remotes, I've found they should not ever be left free-standing, because they are small and easy to lose. I have installed one into a wall plate, but these two remotes are meant to be left on the buffets. The pedestal is weighted, and the remote snaps positively onto the key. It may not be obvious from the product photo, but the pedestal holds the remote at a slight angle (maybe 15 degrees), so it is easy to use without touching. The pedestal/remote unit does not budge when the user taps a button. The remote slides easily off the key -- it's not locked in any way.Like the rest of the Caseta/Pico line, this pedestal is designed to fit in to your decor, and looks thoroughly contemporary. It should be considered part of your purchase if you are not mounting the remote to the wall.

Organizes three Pico remotes in a cute little line
If you use Lutron Caseta products, you know the Pico remotes. This holds three of them in a little row, which is great for putting somewhere that has several lights in the vicinity. (Honestly, I like pedestals better than wall switches.) Like the other Pico pedestals (the 1-mount and 2-mount) it is firmly weighted with a nice premium no-slip bottom and metal construction so everything stays in place and it's not just another remote to slide around and get lost. And the angle makes it easy to use them in place without picking them up, which is great usability and further avoids the "remote getting lost" issues.

A must-have for any loose Pico’s!
This is a perfectly designed tabletop holder for my Pico remote! It has just the right amount of weight and heft to it to stay in place. It also looks very stylish and intentional on our coffee room table! We feel like such techies turning all of our scenes on and off with the push of a button. My only complaint is it’s a tad expensive for what it is.. But it doesn’t feel cheap or junkie.

Lutron remote base
This goes great with the Lutron remote! It helps turn the lights on and off easy to install the remote on this. Not a bad price at all.

Beefy!
When I purchased this it was around $10, and I was worried about how flimsy it would be. It is not flimsy at all, but surprisingly beefy. The part that holds the Pico is nice and chunky, not huge, but no worries about breakage. But surprisingly the base is pretty darn well weighted. I had some thoughts that once the Pico was on there hitting the top button might cause it to tip, but that isn't going to happen in normal usage. I suppose if you are rage powering lights you could do it but I'd worry about your finger afterwords. The stand holds the Pico at a nice angle and I've been able to use it while not directly looking at it (laying in bed mostly) without any issues. I use one on my nightstand and going forward I would recommend this to anyone who uses a Pico like that.
