This was a life saver!! Had a slipped herniated disk that took me out for a few months, but thanks to this, I was able to get back to work sooner than I originally thought! It was still very painful, but bearable, thanks to this!

So far the back brace has been very helpful for my achy back. I have been wearing it daily for about 10 hours and it has been very helpful. No problem with digging in on the sides like other braces that I have used in the past. The brace doesn't roll, it stays in place which is great. I feel the extra support that I need for my back.

There are back braces, and then there are backbraces. That’s a totally silly comment trying to amplify that this is exactly what a back brace should be. It’s got metal supports in the back and on the backside. Of course it’s adjustable and you can Velcro the closures as tight or as supportive of different areas in your lower lumbar/sacrum.

This arrived quickly. I tried it on and fit well.It is very well made and easy to put on. It can be tightened or loosened very easily. Kept my back well supported. I ordered the Medium. I’m 135 pounds but am very thick in the waist. I am very happy with the fit.

Didn't care much for the metal inserts, slipped up and was gouging back. Removed them. Didn't need for my injury.

The fit is excellent. The boning really helps me keep standing up straight, which I need to so. And it looks good under clothes, as well as on top of them.
