I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard for over a year and was pretty happy with it, but I decided to try Rule One Whey after a friend recommended it. I’m really glad I did.The chocolate flavor is noticeably better. It’s richer, smoother, and the shake has a thicker texture that makes it feel more like a milk shake than just a protein supplement. I usually just mix it with water and ice to beat the Texas heat, and it still comes out creamy, which wasn’t always the case with ON.It is slightly sweeter than ON and has about 10 more calories per serving, but the protein content is the same. The scoop size is a bit bigger (keep that in mind if you’re tracking macros) but I think the taste and mouthfeel more than make up for that.Overall, this will probably become my new go-to protein as it is cheaper than ON with more or less the same results. If you’re looking for something that mixes well, tastes great, and gives you that thicker shake feel, I’d definitely recommend giving Rule One a try.

I actually really love this product! I bought the frozen banana, and the flavor is phenomenal. It literally taste like a banana smoothie. I don’t use shaker bottles for my whey protein, I use a blender. So I can’t speak for mixability. I was so sure that this wasn’t going to be that great because of the price but I am super impressed. I will definitely be buying again!

Highest amount of protein that I have found and it mixes easily without having to use a blender. One scoop is 34 grams and it mixes with milk, water, or even coffee. This is my favorite protein supplement and I am grateful to my son for finding it for me

Slightly sweet which is good. You can still taste the flavor.

Taste good. Good texture. Easily dissolves in a shaker bottle. Solid value.

Tastes good and leaves me full for hours!

EDIT (July 1st): I did not know this product had a Prop 65 warning on it. I didn't learn this until I came back here to buy more, and decided to read the 1 star reviews. I immediately ran to look at my current jar and saw the label. As someone who had breast cancer just two years ago, this seriously PMO. There is no mention of this is the pictures nor the description. I'm seriously disgusted.I was shopping around for a good Birthday Cake flavor to bake desserts with, and decided to give this one a try. It's DELICIOUS! It's not too sweet, dissolves easily, and actually taste like cake batter. The little pieces of sprinkles are a nice touch and there's absolutely no after taste. I LOVE IT. I can't wait to try other flavors from this brand.

I feel it is a good product at a very reasonable rate. Delivered quickly.
