My iPhone unexpectedly displayed a message stating, "Liquid detected in lightning connector." I'm not sure how the moisture got in, possibly from a wet countertop. Anyway, after that, I could no longer charge it with a cable, even after attempting to dry out the phone/port. I'm not up on the latest technology, so I assumed I would need to replace my phone. (Other than this "liquid" message, my cell phone has been working great and I'd rather not replace it just yet.) However, I decided to look online to see what, if any, possible options there might be for charging, and discovered wireless chargers. I was like, can it be that simple? So I ordered this Nanami charger, which is compatible with many phones, including mine. I placed my cell phone on it and it immediately started charging. (It can charge with or without its case.) It is not as convenient for on-the-go as a charging cable, but I'm just relieved it works! I will upgrade my iPhone one day, but luckily not today.Update: My iPhone did eventually start charging again with its charging cable. But now I have an alternate way of charging, so I'm covered should it happen again.

In a pleasant surprise, after trying 5 different charger stands for my new iPhone 16Pro Max I finally found one that works!After talking to the big guys (Anker, Otterbox, etc.), I could not find a charger that would work with Otterbox's Defender non-magsafe case...until now. The rest throw an error "metal detected" and would not engage. Curious to see how quickly it charges, though if I am in a hurry- I'll just plug it in instead. Yee-haw!

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. This does charge your phone rather slowly (as do all wireless chargers) so it is more recommended to just use this to hold your phone’s battery percentage rather than actually charging it. On an iPhone 14, if you try to FaceTime while your phone is charging on this charger it will get extremely hot, but this is a great product to hold your phone’s battery while you are working on something on the computer.

After getting a 25 watt power adapter, I was able to enable the fast wireless charging feature. The materials do feel cheap but so did the Samsung wireless charger I bought my wife. This dose the job it was intended to do. It is very slim, compact and takes up very little space on my desk. Between the Samsung 15W Wireless charger and this Nanami, I recommend getting the Nanami and a 25W power adapter to get its full charging capabilities.

I have used the particular wireless charger for several years. Its great for overnight. Works well and just as described. My new puppy recently used it as a chew toy and surprisingly it held up well enough to still charge. I still plan to replace it with a new one and I'm glad this one is still available. For the price its a great option.

Charger worked perfectly. Charged my galaxy S20 in 2hrs when it was on 3%. Charger port kept saying moisture inside so this was definitely worth the substitution cost instead of getting it fixed or buying a new phone. Also I didn't have a USB port so this worked with the double c charger

I just got this thing today several hours ago and so far I'm somewhat impressed, kinda happy that I bought it and it's worth the money I think because I've had my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phone for a few years now and my battery doesn't work nearly as good as it used to because I'm constantly charging it all the time and it runs down real quick but lately my charging port on the bottom of my phone sadly basically became unusable so no matter what cord or charger I use it hardly charges up at all and that's so incredibly irritating because it just won't make good contact anymore and it's just constantly draining most of the time even when I have it plugged in so I researched what I could possibly do and I thought about actually ordering another battery and charging port both and trying to install them both myself but it looks a little bit difficult and I was worried that I might permanently damage my phone even more if I try that and I still might I'm not sure because I would like to have a newer charging port as well as a new battery no doubt about it honestly and extend the life of my phone even more without getting another new expensive Samsung phone again soon even though eventually fairly soon I will have to get a new one as always just like everyone does every couple or few years but I saw this thing here on Amazon and it got pretty good reviews so I figured I would try it even though I never felt confident that these wireless chargers actually worked but I figured it's worth trying and I'm glad that I ordered it because so far it's working somewhat and you can even lay your phone sideways and have it charge wirelessly sideways also in case you're watching a video or something so you don't have to have it upright all the time which is really cool but it really does save your charging port and I wish I knew about this thing a long time ago and I wish I had faith in them when I heard about them before my phome got so old and messed up but I never thought they worked at all without actually plugging something into your phone and I thought these things were just a gimmick like with a lot of things and they might be somewhat but at least so far this thing is working somewhat even though it does seem to charge slow compared to when my phone was newer with the original plug in charger but I think that's possibly most likely due to my old phone with the old battery really because it is charging and it's extending the life of my phone so that I can continue to use this phone and keep it for a while longer but it doesn't charge fast enough if I actually have the data on or if I'm watching a video because it will still drain down but just not as fast as if I didn't have it on this thing so that's a big dissappoontment, it really only will charge up my phone completely if I'm not using my phone at all and if I have my data off which is better than nothing so it works ok and it's saving my charging port on the bottom of my phone because when you're constantly plugging your phone in and unplugging it for years even though I thought I was careful it really wears out the port on the bottom of your phone over time just like with anything and charging it wirelessly is saving your port and not wearing it out but the original charging way does work a lot better but just not on my phone anymore sadly because it got damaged and my phone and battery are both really old now sadly so I wish I got this sooner before my phone got so old and damaged to see of it would work even better but it does work some but not as good as a wired charger on an undamaged and newer phone for sure!

Nice stand. Looks sharp. I have had an issue with this unit. When I thought it was charging my phone never showed a charge increase. In some cases, it seemed like this unit was actually draining the battery. One possible reason could be the thin case my phone is in. Although the description says it should charge through the thickness of my case. On a different phone this unit will charge. So if you are buying this, be advised you may/maynot have to remove your phone from ANY case it is in in order for this to work for you. That is highly inconvenient for my needs, but maybe not yours. Give it a whirl.
