I am very skeptical with most supplements and I always try them before writing a review. I'm a fan of these pills it's just the amount that it says to take seems intense to me so I only take two and feel better. More rejuvenated and even feel like I can workout after a full days of work. It's just the amount it says to take throws me off so I never tried the amount and can feel the difference.

I bought this to boost my growth hormone while weightlifting. I noticed that when using it at bedtime I had a deeper more restful sleep. This is a sign of the increased growth hormone deepening sleep. Growth hormone is reduced as we get older and taking this booster, you can get the recovery benefit of more growth hormone. I had no problems with any side effects while using this product.

I’ve noticed many reviewers saying it is only a 15 day supply. That is true. This is a steroid. You are supposed to take it in cycles. 15 days on. 15 days off. I wanted to like this product. However, the product made me sleepy, lethargic, and gave me a headache.It's quite strange to see how this is composed of mostly amino acids. I know everyone reacts differently to supplements.
