Replacement for a 10 plus year Candy built in microwave.Picked the Hisense for its looks and design and read other reviews.Not a brand you may associate with microwaves but had a Hisense TV for a few years and been very impressed. Hisense looked better than other microwaves on offer.Pleased with the price. The microwave is bigger inside than our previous one although still fits in the same cabinet.Straight forward to fit. Comes very well packaged.

I bought the Hisense HB25MOBX7GUK microwave as it appeared to fit my requirements. It was easy to install in the cabinet, but the power cable is on the rear right and just shy of 1 metre in length, so bear this in mind. Peeling off the final layer of the door plastic was difficult but worth it as I thought the microwave had arrived marked. On start up it is noisy and very tinny sounding. Annoyingly, the light does not go off if you leave the door open to let steam escape, it remains on until the door is closed. To operate, press function, then start, then rotate knob for desired time, then press start again, so not quick. It looks good, functions ok, but bit of a let down. You get what you pay for and unfortunately, due to ill health the 30 days return has expired otherwise I would not have kept it. Hope this is helpful - not the worst, just not the best either.

I would like to thank the person that returned this microwave due to its surface scratches . You saved me £50 and all I had to do to remove the scratches ( people have commented on these scratches in the reviews) was to Peel the Very thin protective plastic film off. 🙄😂. Also it fits easily into an Ikea 600 wide wall unit and looks and works a treat.

Bought this as apart of the kitchen renovation, first perfect and the sive is a tad bigger then my last one. It has lots of functions and it's easy to clean.Thank you

Just wanted say what amazing customer I received when I took delivery of my microwave, it was damaged and I text AO, within 5 minutes I had a phone call and a replacement for delivery within 48hrs, from Tom dealing with my query to the delivery men who brought the new microwave the customer service has been outstanding, I would highly recommend recommend buying from AO. Just testing the microwave, it fits in perfectly and it does exactly what I need it to do, definitely worth a 6 star review.
