I mix this with my coffee and now I can't see myself without it. It mixes well and has been very effective.

This organic red reishi extract is of excellent quality! The powder is fresh and potent, perfect for ingesting in a variety of ways. I've encapsulated the reishi powder with a plant-based blend of adaptogenic, immune-boosting herbal powders. Reishi is an incredible medicinal mushroom with far-reaching health benefits. It's absolutely one of my favorite immune-modulating adaptogens; it boosts energy, reduces stress and fatigue, improves focus, concentration and mood, increases circulation, and enhances feelings of well-being. Some very expensive coffees have this stuff already added to them, and it's supposed to be good for your overall well-being, but if it is I can't detect it. I brew an 12-ounce cup of regular coffee and include about 1/2 teaspoon of the Reishi stuff in it. It adds a little more bitterness but it's not bad at all. At the rate I'm using it from this 1-lb bag I'll probably be passing at least half of it down to my great-great-great grandchildren. It's alright. You might want to try it.

I've been trying to eat more healthfully and finding things I can add to my smoothies to increase my stamina. This was advertised as "Powerful Immune System Booster, Cognitive Health Supplements for Brain Support, Wellness Formula for Natural Energy, Stress Relief, Memory, Liver and Great Status of Blood Pressure Enhancement" so I decided to give it try.It comes with a very tiny spoon and says to add only one spoonful I recommend only using that single spoonful because I think it would add a earthy flavor in a more fruity smoothie if it was too much. But using the suggested amount, it doesn't add any flavor to my smoothie.I've only used it a few times over the past week but will definitely update after some continued use to see if it feels like it effecting my health positively or negatively.

Very pleasant taste and super easy to use. I like to put a scoop in either one of my soups or bowls of beans when I'm ready to eat it.

Red Reishi powder is great . I use it for a coffee substitute, smoothies, teas and so on.Mixes really well and you only need a tiny bit of it.I will buy again
