Well with 60 capsules for the price, a 2 month supply, I decided to try it. This product has been a game-changer for me! The price for the amount you get is fantastic. I've been taking it consistently for few weeks now, and it hasn't upset my stomach at all. The product itself is tasteless, which I appreciate. The size of pill doesn't make hard to swallow, (some might find it on bigger end). Most importantly, it's actually working! I'm finding myself much more active and less stuck in that "holding pattern" feeling. I don’t get fatigue towards end of day or any sort of "crash". I'm able to think much clearer, I have ADHD and tend to be "all over the place" but not with this. My sleep has also significantly improved, I can actually sleep through the night now. A few weeks ago was in the emergency on Friday evening--I was diagnosed with extreme fatigue. I have two children under three and my youngest didnt sleep through the night until she was 14 months old. We were also moving and I was doing most of the packing and moving it into a pod by myself! I could barely get out of bed, and was so dizzy that I felt tipsy all the time (hence the need for the emergency room visit1q). THIS SUPPLEMENT WORKS! I started taking it on Wednesday and by the next week I felt 90% better. I was able to get out of bed and feel like myself within 48 hours. The dizziness stopped within 72 hours, and I had enough energy to walk 3-4 miles a day to the park within 10 days--I am serious, this stuff works. I take one during the day typically the morning, and then I take one in the evening before I go to bed with some melatonin 3mg). I had to retrain myself to sleep since my baby got me up 4-5 times a night for over a year, and this stuff lets me sleep without waking from 9pm-6am. I am so happy I bought this! I really do enjoy this supplement however, it can make me burp (gross I know) and be a little harsh on my stomach, therefore I only take once every other day. I have elevated levels of testosterone (It’s not PCOS) and while I haven’t been able to see an endocrinologist yet due to COVID-19, I wanted herbal supplements to help see if my body can return back to normal naturally. I am also taking Berberine for slight increase in blood sugar (however I’m not diabetic or over pre-diabetic), DIM, amongst a few others. If you're in the market for an adrenal support/hormonal balancer, this is priced a bit better and is very effective. Save yourself some money - it doesn't have to say, "BOOST TESTOSTERONE!" or anything about estrogen in order to be effective for men AND women. Some products specifically marketed by gender cost exorbitantly more as manufacturers count on our ignorance. My husband and I both take this - we do one in the morning and one at night (preference). We are both handling stress better, sleeping more soundly and restfully and are starting to lose stubborn belly inches. Just before we ordered this, Lance bought an overpriced "man's" bottle and completed it. This works every bit as well (and I could take his "man's" capsules safely, too, as it's not testosterone, it helps to balance hormone levels).This manufacturer is also currently offering a free bottle from its website after your 14d trial period. This is not a paid review. Started this product on the advice of several natural doctors and JJ Smith. She stated that adrenal supplements would help with belly fat and stress during my workouts. I was having problems with abdominal swelling after workouts of 60 mins or longer. Within a week of starting this, i noticed I was no longer having this symptom. As a bonus I lost 4lbs over that week, which some was water weight, I'm sure. I have continued to lose 1/2lb weekly since then. My eating habits fluctuate although I follow lower carbs with IF since January but had reached a plateau before starting this. The other bonus was that I've been losing inches off my belly! It's down 4 inches since March when I started this. I've waited a while to see if results would continue. I sleep better and have energy and mental clarity throughout the day. I'm 52 and this is huge for me since sleep was evasive for some time. There is no drowsiness waking and I take it twice daily, at noon with meal 1 and at bedtime.
