This product works well for us. My wife and I both take it. We use several other Zenwise products and they are great as well. Good quality products from a solid company.

I cannot honestly really rate this product because I have only used it one day. I need to use it for a period of days to determine if it will really give me the results I am looking for.

They work great. No heart burn and no gas

Whatever is in this did not agree with me one bit. I could feel my stomach swirling 30 minutes after taking it and had to come inside and lay down.I felt that "taste" in my mouth and threw up for the first time in years. I took the capsules right after I ate but everything I ate came right back up! I guess that's one way to help with stomach bloat. Just not the way I was hoping it would go.I'm not sure I'm going to have it in me to try this again after that experience. If my body rejected it that quickly? Probably not something I should have.I can't recommend this as a result.

Seems to work 90 % of the time. Definitely have to take BEFORE you start eating.
