Good size if you’re not taking a lot of meds daily; not big enough if you’re taking a lot of large vitamins like fish oil capsules. It is very sturdy, opens easily and secures tightly when closed. Overall nice design.

I was having a Goldilocks moment with pill organizers. I don't have any dexterity issues, and I don't take any medication. I needed these for supplements that I never remember to take unless they're right in front of me. The small size was too small for all the capsules. The large size was way too big (my heart goes out to anyone taking enough meds to need that size). These medium ones are perfect for my needs--fits 5 large capsules and 1 tiny capsules with enough room left for a small iron pill or something (I take 3 turmeric capsules and those are larger than average). The box is sturdy and opens easily. The letters on top will wear off over time, but that doesn't bother me.

I found that I had excess clutter because of the many vitamin and medicine bottles sitting around on the kitchen table. To make matters worse on busy days I couldn't remember if I took my vitamins or if I took all of them or not. I prefer to alternate some every other day. I was in need of a weekly pill case.I saw this on Amazon. I wanted a big cause because I needed something that would hold up to 5 capsules since every other days I take 2 Turmeric pills.I was skeptical if this was big enough because the pictures showed them putting tons of little headache medicine pills into each square.My review is that this case is high value for the money. The build quality seems pretty good for being plastic. These lids click nicely when opened and closed. It has help up well so far. Simple classic design with the days labeled. These squares should be big enough for most people unless you are taking an abnormal amount of pills daily.I load up the week on Sunday and just take my square each morning and move on!

When I opened the package I thought this really wasn’t a large sized pill case but when I put my pills in they fit well with room to spare. Good build, pills won’t spill and the color is great.

Good size. Can even hold those horsepill 1000 mg fish oils. plus others in the same compartment. This is our go-to size pillminder.

I have been fighting with my old case for 10+ years. The bottom of each spot was completely squared and it was difficult to try and get a pill to slide out, arthritis got worse and hands are swollen now and it would take 30 - 30 tries just to get one pill out. The design on the old one I swear was an intentional joke.This very basic, plain no frills, cost effective container has a brilliant design feature... A rounded bottom edge, I love it. I can now get one pill out first try, everytime. I can see why many of their products are endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation. Cant believe I waited over 10 years to solve this
