Q: Box cover shows the completed new tamu stadium, however, the 3 of the other pictures shows the older stadium. is this puzzle of the new or old stadium

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The correct puzzle is the image that is on the box with a closed off end zone. We will be updating this image to reflect the correct images.

Q: What is the size of the box? I had the puzzle sent directly, but they did not offer gift wrap, so I was going to make a gift bag to sent along.

Q: Is the big white bar the says "3 Foot Wide Panoramic" just the box or is it on the actual puzzle as well?

This is not the actual puzzle we purchased. We purchased a Kansas University basketball panoramic puzzle. However, the picture in the description and on the box in the sale description was not the actual picture on the puzzle we received! We purchased that particular puzzle because we were at the game shown for sale, and could actually see our family in the picture. Imagine our disappointment when it was a different game. It also made it VERY difficult to do the puzzle with no matching box photo. Just be cautious with your purchase!

Q: I am missing one piece and wanted to frame this puzzle. Does anyone know who I can contact for a replacement?

I am also missing the last piece. Seeing that it is a common problem on the reviews I looked up the company online. It says to send the barcode, UPC label to their address with your info and they’ll send a replacement, I’ll try that after I call Amazon if they can’t help me. From the company’s website... In order to receive your replacement puzzle, you will need to remove and send the proof of purchase UPC barcode and item number from the box. If your item is in a tin please make a photo copy of the barcode.
