Not a trustable product
I brought one fan 2 yrs before and its remotr controller unit in the fan is burnt-out and now fan is useless.where is service centre .back home in india ceiling fans are so sturdy that even 10 to 15 yrs nothing happensOrient brand is not trustable now for quality

Noisy
I didn’t like the color of the fan as I selected white color but got some other color fan delivered. Fan is bit noisy.

Does not work as it is supposed to be.
Just ordered this fan few days ago, looks great, but the mechanical design of the fan is wrong and because of which it does not circulate air as it is supposed to be. Also, the sensor of the fan was not working. Return and refund of the fan is in progress.

Bad product and no service
Not a good product to buy. I bought this and in 2 days the speed for completely gone and when tried approaching for warranty there was no response. So strong recommendation is not to buy this and waste your money.
