Great Buy!
I purchased this model as it is the exact one I use for work as an IT Professional. The only issue I found was the screen resolution which was listed as a higher-res on the description, however, listed as the lower res under product details. Be wary of this. However, for the cost, this is an EXCELLENT purchase. Came with a nice laptop sticker cover applied for a cleaner look. Definitely was a business class PC but has a great processor, right amount of memory, and plenty of parts available online if needed. PC runs quick enough, screen has no glare and looks fine enough, and battery is GREAT on this device. Runs cool and quiet. All I could ask for and the most computer that MOST people would need. If you need a cheap laptop, this is a GO TO.

I live the device was a little sceptic based on price but it’s perfect except for the screen too small had to add a big monitor for my job battery life good speed ok it’s an ok laptop for the price

These are great deals, the hardware alone is worth it and this particular line of Dell laptops are used in office settings and went for big money at one point.First thing you will notice after you boot up is that you are not the only admin on this machine. A clear red flag. Windows has a comprehensive list of MDM companies that provide complete access to machines and I suspect that the way these machines are reformatted isn’t the best or safest.Buy a usb drive with windows, boot from that and nuke the computer. Give it a fresh start. It cleared up about 10GB’s on the hard drive after reinstalling the drivers.
