I found the Govee brand to work well and I have been at this for about five years now. I have a strip light and two different variations of TV backlights. So when I had a use for a plug control device and saw that Govee offered one, I snatched it up. actually, I found this four pack so that seemed like a good idea.I've used these before for temporary situations, like turning Christmas lights on/off, but I bought some Roku speakers and there's no easy way to turn them on and off so, VOILA! Govee to the rescue. I added the two devices and then added the two devices to a group so now I can tell Alexa "turn Roku speakers on".The setup is simple. The Govee plugs do pretty well. The ones I used for Christmas lights were outside (I would tape them inside of a ziplock bag) but heck they lasted about five years.

The Govee system is very easy to set up. Download the app to your phone. Plug the module into the desired outlet, the app will search for the unit that you are trying to link. You will simply press the button on the side, and the app connects the module to the Govee app. The app is quite easy to use. You program each of the Govee outlets to your own desires. We use one on and one off each day for nigttime lighting. The ONLY issue with the Govee modules is that all of them have an outlet on the front of the module. This requires that if you are placing this behind a cabinet to have a lamp come on/off, the cabinet cannot be situated very close to the wall. I hope that Govee comes up with a module that has tne module with a plug on the side minimizing the space required behind a cabinet etc.

Only downside is it's a bit large in size if using around other outlets.Ease of setup:Easy setup. App is easy to use. Super easy integration with Alexa.Compatibility:Integrates well with Alexa. Value for money:I've tried cheaper products in the past and have found them unreliable. Govee products are always high quality and worth the price point.

I really like them but They are too bulky.

I use several of these in my home and garage, one to turn on my garage AC and used another one for a large fan with a broken switch. They work great and the Govee app works great to control these and my other Govee devices.

So easy to set up! i have had others that were very frustrating to set up and manage. These smart plugs are the best i have ever used. Definitely recommend. Great product at a really good price.

These plugs so far are great! Way easier to set up and connect to Alexa than a other brand plugs. Just connect them to your wifi with the Govee app first and if you want to have Alexa control them, set em up in the Alexa app after setup in Govee app. It was real easy and straight forward. These are made well and are working great. I wish I would have bought these first instead of the kasa plugs!

I hav3 a few of these controlling lights around the house. I set them up with the Govee iOS app and added them to Alexa’s device inventory. They work fine!
