I mix it with water and shake thoroughly, but no matter how hard I shake, there’s always some residue left at the bottom. It also has a slightly gritty or “scratchy” texture when drinking, which might bother some users. Maybe I’m not shaking it hard enough, but this seems to be a consistent problem for me.That said, the product still works well and delivers the benefits you’d expect from creatine.
