Superb. Calmed my chillblains quickly and helped them to heal. Very effective

This is an expensive pot of cream, but it really delivers. It smells exactly as you'd imagine and feels lovely on application. I bought it when the skin on my leg became both itchy and fragile following a bad rash. It stops the itch and soothes the skin in a way nothing else does (that I've found anyway). One star lost because of the absence of usage instructions on the packaging (I'm grateful to the reviewer on here who contacted the seller about same), which is a shame as otherwise it's a five-star product all the way.

I usually suffer with Chillblains on my fingers around this time of year, they were all swollen and itchy. Tried using Witch Hazel cream from another brand and keeping my hands warm, but nothing seemed to help. So I thought I'd try this and after 2-3 days of using this cream my Chillblains started getting better, and now they are basically fully healed. I was applying 1-2 times a day and allowed the cream to soak in my skin.The tub may seem small but it will last a while, also the smell is OK.For me it helped a ton but for others it may not, but it's worth a try.

While I agree with the general sentiment about it being a nice thick pleasant smell cream good for softening skin it has had no effect on my chilblains after a month plus use and I will not buy again

This is a lovely product, it smells nice, it's a thick cream, absorbs quickly, and it does what it says it will do; great itch relief, calms the skin and helps with swelling. Not sure why another reviewer had concerns over the size, as you do not need to use a lot each time as a little goes a really long way. I would highly recommend this product.

I was a bit skeptical. If never had chilblains in my life ever.... I'm now 68 and housebound. So no choice but to try this. Not a fan of docs anymore.It works doesn't need much. One i know it's going to flair up out a little on.
