Mrs. Stewart's Bluing 8oz

Adding this cool blue tone liquid into the white wash really makes them crispy white! Some friends have even asked how I keep my shirts looking so new. Ease of use - would be great if it was already diluted as I have to keep a special bottle or container handy to dilute it in and pour in the machine, doesn't smell though and works great.

I saw this on a social media video. It’s does seem to help make things whiter but the bottle seems to leak a bit around the lid and it’s soooo blue you need to be careful not to stain surfaces. I’m pretty sure this is much cheaper on the US but you only need a very small amount so I’m sure it will last me a long time.

This is fantastic! All my whites are like new again! I add 3-4 drops to a jug and fill with water. Once my washing machine is on the go I pour this into the draw. When I open the door hey presto beautiful white clothes socks towels it does everything white. A little really does go along way. Don’t use it without diluting it first the water it’s in should be a pale blue otherwise you run the risk of blue whites.

Even following the instructions to a t, it has ruined my whole wash. Everything has blue dye. I’m surprised this is allowed to be sold as products should be tested to ensure they are fit for purpose.

I found my solution to stop blue spots. I put my detergent in the drawer squirt a bit of the blue in and do my wash and use it every time I wash whites my whites glow on the line10out of 10 in the old days it was in your washing powder but today I use liquid in draw friends comment on my whites 👍

still early days. I dilute this (greatly, as in 1 or 2 drops) into a big jug or bucket and tip into the soap drawer once the machine has filled for the last rinse. Otherwise I found my items came out with pale blue blotches. Just use incredibly sparingly.

Used once on my sheets. They did seem whiter. I think the more you use it the whiter items get. Especially if you have not so new whites. This will last a very long time as you only need a little. I used it in my washing machine and will try soaking items to see how ot works. Good item.
