Was really pleased with my first purchase of these. I was yawning a while after taking them, got to sleep much quicker than usual and slept more soundly right through the night. I’m now on my second bottle but I don’t seem to be getting the same results, it’s making me think it’s a dud bottle. I’ve even upped the dose from 2 to 3, with little effect. Very odd.

I ordered these after reading forums for sacriolitis and sjd - i have had chronic pain since September and waiting for a steriod injection to 'hopefully' ease the pain. I jave been reading forums to get tips and advice on anything that might help reduce the pain meantime and this was a constant recommemded supplement. This kind of magnesium is the only one without laxative affect and it is needed in the body to support good muscles, joints, bones and teeth and it is 100% absorbed by the body - the only thing I can find as a negative is the size of the capsules they are slightly longer and thicker than paracetamol so if you struggle swallowing pills this is not for you

I actually bought these for my daughter s she has trouble falling asleep and then keeps waking up during the night. She's been taking these for a few days now and they do seem to be helping. She takes 2 half an hour before bedtime and she is def sleeping better.

Effect lasts into next day

Tried these and have been taking them for around 4 months. I was getting tummy problems with my previous brand but no problems at all with these. I have subscribed now so they are sent automatically and I never run out. I am very impressed with this company, everything I have tried has been top quality. I also get my NAC from them and am planning on getting my D3 also. I can't recommend this brand highly enough, pure excellence.

I sometimes take Magnesium to help me sleep and relax . These did work, but after a couple of weeks usage i found they caused pain in my kidney area/back . Stopped the tablets and it went, I was only taking one at night so hardly overdosed .
