Wow. I received these probiotics 4 days ago & have consistently taken them since. I am shocked at how quickly & how well they work. Day 2 is when I really felt them working. My stomach was a little bubbly & I made frequent bathroom trips! Then Day 3 my energy increased, clarity & focus. My stomach is still adjusting but I feel so clean. If that makes sense! The pills are so small, easy to take & don’t taste like anything. So that was a huge plus for me! Also they are well priced!I will definitely be buying them again!I did just noticed they have one that includes iron so I’m going to give those a try after I finish this bottle.

I seriously can’t live without these! I usually grab the juice version from Aldi and save the pills for when I’m traveling. They genuinely help keep me regular and even make me less sensitive to dairy and oils. I just wish they were a bit cheaper, but honestly, they’re backed by real science and totally worth it.HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (Pro tip: try the juice first—it’s more economical and is now being stocked in a lot of places.)

My daughter was having a lot of stomach issues. Most food would make her sick. We were in Fresh Thyme market and started looking at probiotics and gut health products. We found Good Belly products and am so glad we did. I had my daughter do the Good Belly smoothie 12 day reset to see if it would help. She actually started to feel better and was able to eat without her tummy hurting. After the 12 day reset I found the Good Belly pills on Amazon. I was hoping they would be as good as the results with the smoothie and they were! These have been a game changer for my daughter! I am so glad we tried them, now it's part of her daily routine.

The cost is better than Jarrows version, I am sure the drink is the most ideal form but you can't compare apples and oranges. I haven't tried taking two at a time yet which would be equivalent to the 20 billion count in a serving of the drink, but as we know one feature of a capsuled supplement is convenience. Depending on the experience with 2 caps I may update to 5 stars.This is also in a better non-traditional container - a metal tube instead of a plastic bottle. Even though it doesn't advertise as needing more than a cool dry place I feel better travelling with it especially if I keep it refrigerated the rest of the time, I'm sure the cold holds a bit longer in a metal container.** Please notice people review based on their experience which isn't necessarily a fair and accurate assessment of the PRODUCT itself. Just because it may not work for THEM it doesn't mean it is not a good product and does not work at all. People who basically try/prescribe for themselves fail to take responsibility for making the CHOICE - the product is what it is and some people are likely to need the liquid form in the drink rather than the capsule. If NO capsulated form of any probiotics work for them is it the fault of the product or the person making the choice to use a product that doesn't work for them? At least one review even says the drink works, so stick with the drink. You wouldn't use diesel fuel for a car that is not made for it.

This supplement is fine—nothing great or horrible as far as iron supplements go. The bottle, however, is more than twice as large as it needs to be. I hate companies that waste packaging trying to "trick" consumers. We can read, we understand the label when it says 30 pills. Don't make a half-full bottle to try and trick the eye into buying it. Stop the waste and stupidity.

Best probiotic / consistent . I switch from a refrigerated probiotic to this one . It seems to work better that previous ones I have used. Easy to swallow capsule is a good size. Had no taste and easy to take every morning with my other vitamins.

I was pretty hesitant to try this at first. I'm a 27 year old female, athletic and a nurse. I'm constantly on the go, yet have struggled for a few years with having a good digestive tract. I've worked with a lot of patients who struggle with constipation/digestive issues and see the consequences of it. I knew I didn't want to end up like them either. I started out by using Miralax daily for the fact that it was gentle and would work with the amount of intake I consumed (Which I drink a gallon of water or more a day). It helped every few days, but not consistently. I tried increasing my fiber intake and had the same results. I became very frustrated and discouraged.I then started using Acidophilus probiotic and it helped even more yet still about the same as the other previous alternatives. My friend ( who also struggles with the same issues) tried out "Good Belly" smoothie drink at her local Whole Foods store and loved it. She recommended that I look into it. I looked into that online but thought it was way too expensive.I ended up coming across GoodBelly Probiotic Supplement and decided to give it a try. I didn't notice too much of a difference at first, but after the first week in my system (not to get too personal) I began to notice my digestive tract seemed to get right on target!I absolutely love this product! It doesn't make you feel sick. Reduces bloating. Easy to swallow. Gentle. I store mine in the refrigerator just because it recommends to do so. I don't take any other medicine on a daily basis as it is, besides Biotin, so I usually just take this at the same time as that, generally in the afternoon or evening.Love this product and hope to purchase again in the future!
