Q: Hello, could you please let us know how long it takes to fully warm up?

Starts getting warm as soon as you turn it on.five mins i would say its hot .it moves around blanket so nice and warm everywhere .but hotter in some places. i have had two one for a present.and she said it gets to hot for her,never be to hot in my case .i love it best present my hubby got me

Once you switch it on One switch is for how long you want it on for - 1 hour to 9 hours, and the other switch is what temperature you want it at L for Low then up to 7, or H which stands for High, so that is the hottest setting. It starts to heat up after about 5-10 minutes and will switch itself off after the number of hours you selected. Hope this helps.

Q: Hi i bought this in January and lightly used, however when switched on its now bringing up an E code?

unplug it from the wall socket, where the electric cable connects to the throw, (so you can wash it) unplug it, then plug it back on and make sure it clicks....then connect back to the wall socket 👍🏼

To be honest, I don't think it was wise to wash a blanket with electrical wiring in it. You have probably irreperably damaged your blanket and may not get a refund? I just air our blanket on the balcony, would never stick it in the wash machine.
