I was hoping to find something to help me keep the daily focus that I need to run my small business. It has done everything I hoped for… plus a huge extra unforeseen bonus. When you 1st get them ONLY take one for the 1st couple days or you might get nauseous.But yes it 100% works, it gives you a kind of euphoric feeling for the 1st few days, nothing crazy but it feels great.I feel best after taking magnesium glycinate at night, getting a solid 8 hours then wake up NO CAFFEINE for at least 1.5 to 2 hours. Take Alpha Brain with a snack and drink a liter of water. Then drink caffeine as Alpha Brain is kicking in. ITS THE BEST.

For mental clarity no OTC drugs are a miracle for seniors. All you can do is take it over a long period of time and hope for some difference. Our doctor suggested we try it. It may work better for younger adults that get brain fog when their brain is overwhelmed with school, work and family. Not an aging problem. We’ll see.
